Back at daughters, heart all good, have to take it easy for a week because of them entering the main artery in the groin. Gonna drive the 220k's home with a halfway stop this afternoon. Then I might just sit down and do some scrapbooking for a few days! Thanks for all yuor thoughts and support.

So, the procedure wasn't too bad then?

Rest up as they say. It's so easy to swing right back in to routine, instead of taking it easy.

Slept through most of it, except when the zaps came, they jolted me out of it but only temporarily. The rule of 3, in the last 2 years I have had kidney op, spinal needles and now this. I am now ready to spend the rest of my life getting and staying very fit. Yeee Haarrr

Hope you are NOT getting back on that horse already girl!!!
I know you are no wimpywoo BUT..
I have radio frequency to the spine as well. It sure feels a bit hot doesn't it? I wonder if you felt any with the heart? They usually keep you awake but your body inert, like those tranquillisers they shoot animals to immobilise!!...
