LJ I went through this with injections for my Daughter's dog.
The dog was very intelligent but she took being stabbed with a needle very personally.
I became the enemy & it was no fun.
I was a nervous wreck before my Daughter
gave in & let us put her out of her fear; because that was what it became for the dog.
Constant fear that I was going to stick another needle into her.
Sorry you both have to go through this.
I am sure you will do what is best for the dog.
