Huge Fire 5 Months, 3 Weeks ago  
Our little town has just been threatened by a huge fire, the golf course is gone, we have 4 fire bombers in the air. The largest grain silage system in the southern hemisphere, and tarps and grain is alight. Have never had to pack the fire kit so early, threw us off guard, didn't even have the fire fighting tank full. This is the closest call we have had. No known loss of life yet but won't be surprised if some houses have gone. If you pray or send vibes then please do so now. Ta heaps, D.

Things have settled down but most of us will be up all night in case of flare ups. Thank God or whoever for all emergency crews. http://www.facebook.com/countryfireservice
