Roseone how lovely that you are still able to keep in touch and have your foster daughter to holidays with you. I bet it is something that Rachel totally looks forward to and becomes very excited about as well. You are in her eyes, her true family I bet and you gave her a wonderful home for so many years. Good on you my darling and clever one! And you've made a great ally in the organic shop people too. I have a gluten and dairy free sister so will tuck the soup idea away for future reference.

Kate and AJ , our foster daughter is doing well, awfully lean tho so I am filling her up with some good nourishing food. The girls enjoyed taking her shopping to find some more girly clothes for her birthday present yesterday and she was so excited about it. She has slipped back into our family as though she never even left so it is great to have her stay. it is very hard letting someone go that you have raised for 14 years and there are things I would like to change, like the clothing, the non-femine hair and the far to light weight but I also know that she is flourishing in other ways. I have only seen slight hints of her really obstinate ways and long may it continue for the nearly three weeks In reality there will be a few outbursts but still it is great to spend this time with her.

I must say that you are an awesome lady and you love your foster daughters so much. If your daughters love organic products, serve them as its very healthy n tasty
