I guess so A.J.

Just as long as you take it.

I had a return of painful aches in my legs, requiring my walking stick again, ...maybe due to referred pain from my spine, which give me gyp occasionally, ...so I upped the taking to twice a day, & in two days, that pain has gone too!

Miraculous!

I too have a problem with honey.
It catches the back of my throat & makes me cough & gag.
I can't take Propolis either
I am allergic to Bees though I love them, & would be over the moon if I could own a hive.
They would love me because I would not steal their food.
I could watch them for hours as they dart among the flowers.

Think I will try mixing it into the morning porridge & see if I can improve things--- will keep you all posted.
Thanks for the heads up Lucky.

Good luck Fey Hag.

Wear the Medic Alert to save my life.

I am allergic to bee stings, & medication drugs, but not to honey.

Hope you can take it & it cures you.
