I went back to the specialist today after having some burning of things up my nose followed by a C.T scan. The surgeon said I have an abnormal cavern (turbin?) starting with c like conch?) up my nose and he had never seen such a huge one before in his life - he went and got another surgeon to come and look at it (I should have charged an appearance fee!!). He can operate but it is really good at the moment so I declined. I may in the future.
So there you have it - I am an extra special case

Daughter had her Nasal Concha (turbinates) done a couple of years ago and it has improved her overall health, with better breathing etc.
Perhaps reconsider and get it done. Luv. D.

Not sure how I would take the doctors all have a geek up your nose either.. but as Delta suggests worth considering getting the op, as much as you do not feel like it, I am sure it will make a difference before it might get even larger!!
Concha, geeze that says something when you think of the beach shells Conch ....get those nostrills moving sweet Rosieone. I can't imagine what it must feel like either., but must be uncomfortable to see about it.
