That sounds like a real win win situation Hisgirl-- long may your aversion to those chemical killers last.

If you can't read the name or it is all in numbers treat it like the rat poison it is.

Hi, late reply but still! Mine was removed in 2003 - no weight gain at all - just my jolly old cuddly self.
 
I will lift up my face to the sun today.

And I ticked three out of the four Fs for galbladder removal:
Fat
Female
Forty (ish)
Fertile

I was wondering how your gallbladder surgery went? I am hoping it was a quick recovery. I have a friend who had their gallbladder removed, just to find out she also had kidney failure and needed a transplant. She is currently on dialysis and doing well. If she had never had to have her gallbladder removed, she wouldn't have corrected her kidney failure in enough time.
