If it's needles no way, chinese medicine I've alreadly dipped my toes and if they do chiropractic work I freak that I'm going to be paralysed. Oh wise ones has anyone been and it has been of any value?

I have loved Chiropractic for years, and have recently started going to a Bowen Therapist which sounds a bit similar to Osteopathy. They seem to work on a combination of Muscles and Bones, perhaps more gentle on the bones than the Chiro. Give it a shot, if they do something that makes you feel really uncomfortable then tell them. Alternative therapists always seem more interested in your responses than the conventional medical realm. Good Luck.

LJ I have been to an osteopath a couple of different times in my life. Both were after having long term back trouble which was not really responding to physio. I wouldn't be afraid to go, if I was you. In my experience - and they were two different blokes that I had, they were very gentle and caring and I believe that was what really got me through it and up and moving again without pain killers .
IGood luck, hope you are soon fit again!

I agree with Delta. If you are uncertain about anything, question it
