As this is a Women's site Rita, what makes you think that Grumpy is a man I wonder ? Calling a female a man is a bit 'off' don't you think ?
I noticed on another post of yours RitaNZ ??, That you referred to another poster as "Mate." Hmmmn... Kind of makes you sound a bit masculine yourself and that being the case, you should take your dangly bits and leave ! .

Hi Grumpy

What does 'Go Cadel...' mean?

No, the Young Ones doco series hasnt been here but I'd be very interested in seeing it. I dont think I can download it. But I will keep an eye out for the programme. I havent looked at fish oil experiment yet.

Cadel Evans - Tour de France.

I used to think cycling was the most boring TV out. A friend of mine loves it, I used to take the mick, ' cycle ....cycle ....cycle zzzzzzzz ' but with Cadel doing so well this year I am following it. Tonight is a critical stage, shown live here on SBS 10pm - 2am ....

The longest distance I have ever cycled was 60k's, that was 30k's out, stop for lunch then 30k's back, just about killed me. What these guys do is amazing.

Michael Mosley has made some very interesing TV programs for the BBC, quite a few have been shown here. His fish oil experiment was inspired by the work of Dr Hugh Sinclair who was the first person (in 1953) to demonstrate it was good for people (good fat v bad fat) At the time he was ridiculed, regonition came later.

You can find some of Moseleys programs on You Tube.

Yes wasn't it great, people have been knocking him for years (who knows why) so I am so pleased to see him win.

I am watching it live now as they go towards Paris.
