Just wondering if any of you have tried or heard of the HCG Diet -
My Homeopathic practitioner tried it and dropped 12 kg in three weeks so I followed suit and have lost 10.5kg .

It hasn't been easy. Its no carb and sugars - Just protein and veg totallying 500kcal per day (as opposed to a normal dietery intake of 2000kca.........But you drop about 3 - 5kg each week and as the scales show the grams falling away it becomes easier to stick to the rigid regime. They suggest a short walk each day but no rigourous exercise.

I'm now into the Maintenance Programme which will take another three weeks and after I finish that, (hopefully without gaining any weight) I can re-do the programme after a further three weeks. Not sure if I will do that but ........just thinking about it feels good. I could get nearly to my goal weight.

There are not many instances when you see instant results and this diet DOES HAVE INSTANT RESULTS IF YOU KEEP TO THE PROGRAMME. I'm not selling the drops or the programme - I'm doing it - and if anyone wants to know how its going, I'm willing to give any support I can.

Diets didn't work for me. Instead Xenical diet pills made me lose 24 kg and I'm so happy. I stopped my Xenical pills half an year ago and I didn't regain the weight

Hi there. Have been hearing a lot about these hgc drops but no one will tell me exactly what you have to eat. And do the drops really work. I am used to going on no carbs diets but not 500 calories, What can you tell me about it please. Noelene

A 500 cal a day would be extremely unhealthy in my opinion. Beware. High cost solutions need to promise impressive results, but can do more harm than good. Anything to make a buck from the vulnerable by these unscruplous snake oil vendors.
