QUOTE:
Character contributes to beauty. It fortifies a woman as her youth fades. A mode of conduct, a standard of courage, discipline, fortitude and integrity can do a great deal to make a woman beautiful
This quote is attributed to the actress, Jacquiline Bisset , and she is so right, and I had good reason to recall this recently.
My daughter and I were watching and (unfortunately) listening to two young girls while we were at a beach last week. They were like a pair of stunning looking china dolls to look at. Beautiful big eyes, great complexions, and nice figures, lustrous thick hair, on long black wavy , the other short blonded spike and very modern and dishy. They could have been models or movie stars. What a shame. What a crying shame that they who had been endowed genetically with so much , could make no more of themselves than to become a pair of foul mouthed tarts!. They would have made the whole navy blush. Yes, judging from the care they took of themselves - their skin , their hair, their teeth etc, they wanted to be beautiful, and obviously thought that they were.
Surface beauty. Get it right girls, it counts for nothing unless there is a bright light shining from within. There was only dark and dirt from these two I tell you.
