im a down to earth chick 31 yrs old with 2 beautiful kids paige and zachery, about to get married in 3 weeks time arghhhhh.
any way Im always on the look out for new ways to loose weight have been stuggling for the past 10 + years. would be keen to meet others and chat in general.

Hi Maree. Welcome from me too. BTW the only sure fire way of losing weight is eating less of healthy food and exercising more Hope to see you posting on other topics too. Hope your wedding goes well.

Perhaps if you could just eat low cal foods, 2 litres of water daily to flush the system, and a little extra protein and quit the nice naughty things we all enjoy until your wedding day. Many brides to be lose weight before the wedding due to excitement and not able to eat. I do not think that a kealthy option to consider either..
Your man loves you as you are Maree and all your family and friends as well as you are, so just be you and go enjoy your wonderful Xmas Day wedding and lots of luck and love for your life ahead.
