Unfortunately I have quite wide feet, normal shoes from high street shops don't fit well at all. I am looking for wide-fitting shoes that are also TRENDY! I have come across may websites full of wide 'granny' shoes. Anybody know of any suitable sites? :roll:

try www.willowshoes.co.nz Might not be your idea of trendy, and maybe not even have your size but its worth a look.

Mandy where are you? Kumfs have amazing trendy shoes for wide fitting feet. I've just ordered a pair with heels and a wee tie across the front with cut outs in the leather, like the red ones in one of the Stell Artois ads. They also have ones with daisies on them, little straps, all that trendy stuff.

Another vote for Kumfs here! I'd always seen them as 'old lady' shoes but as pleasantly surprised when I went into their store recently and came out with a fantastic pair of trendy shoes! I think you can look at their catalogue on their website www.kumfs.co.nz.

i agree Kumfs are wonderfull but if you are in Christchurch Russells Shoes, Windmill Centre Clarence St Riccarton Christchurch has kumfs and other brands that may work

Gosh, my feet are too wide for even Kumfs. I live in a pair of tailor made boots in winter and Birkenstock sandals in summer. Double yuck!!! It really brasses me off as I can't be the only woman in NZ to have very wide feet. I will try Russells though, thanks chris. Are they okay and not too granny like?

They have a range of makes and they do not look bad. I buy size 10 when my shoe length is size 8 in a very wide fitting but even kumfs and this shop find it difficult to fit my feet and my mothers. So i just have to keep buying shoes that are too wide for me
