Please ladies, don't end up out of pocket like me! I ordered a robe from Rubens in February -I'd had a lovely one from them several years ago, I suspect when the company had different owners. It EVENTUALLY arrived after several weeks and emails -they admitted they were very delayed sending it. When it did arrive, it was not what I had ordered -I'd ordered a gown with lace sleeves, this did not have any lace on it and was not what I would call a professionally sewn garment. They supply a return freepost code and on their website CLAIM to have a no questions asked refund policy. I emailed them straight away, told them I was returning the gown for refund, did so and have never received a penny of my money back. I've emailed, telephoned, left messages -NOTHING. Nicola
