I think honeymoons are well over for most of us here.
You have not given any idea which planet you are on or what sort of things you like to do. Why not google your question or go and talk to your local travel agents? I mean it is a bit hard when no one knows anything about you or your circumstances. Some can afford to go to Bali and some can afford to go to the Greek Islands. Hubby and I rented a batch on a beach less than 100 miles away. We could barely afford that. You must have some idea yourself, of some the sorts of things you both would like to do together apart from the obvious that is.

Hi Outofctrl, as Mime says its hard to make recommendations to someone who hasnt given us any info about oneself. There's very little info on your profile to help either.

I suggest... how about going to Aggie Grey's Resort in Samoa, sometimes there are packages to Samoa to help make the travel more affordable. Its not cheap but so very relaxing and private and peaceful, heavenly actually. I was there last August. There's an Aggie's Hotel in town which is very beautiful and luxurious (˝hr trip from airport) or Aggie's Resort (5mins from airport). The resort has a beaut swimming pool and faces the beach where you can swim, snorkel or just laze. It is even more luxurious than the hotel in town. Feb should have fine weather but very very hot, mind you being from Melbourne you may be used to the heat but maybe not the humidity. The rooms have airconditioning.

I have put two photos in my profile, one of me in the pool and one at the beach at the resort. The other pics are of my grandniece's 21st held two weeks ago.

By the way happy birthday for tomorrow

Just an idea, but what about Samoa? I've spent some time on this little island, and it is so nice, the beachs are totally amazing, you don't have loads of tourists (totelly different from Fijis), people are so so so nice, full security... When I was staying there, some expat-friends got married on the beach, in the evening, it was just magic...
The weather should be great, and it is not really expensive, except for the plane tickets....

& congratulations ^-^
