Hi AJ
Yes, it is a paradox which I did address in the offending thread

. I said that I had no tolerance of people breaking the law. I live beside and work with legal immigrants. Arizona, and Phoenix in particular has a huge illegal problem. 30,000 a year will cross the border illegally (many will die in the heat or be held for ransom and murdered right here in my town) and many of those will remain in this area. The problem is huge and far greater than any of us could imagine.
I did ask the question as to whether the woman in the burqa was breaking the law and it appeared she was not. I did say I was intolerant and prejudiced as well

. Sadly, my attempt in the response to initial post was misinterpreted by someone else. If you revisit that you will, hopefully, see that humor was intended (excuse the spelling but 'when in Rome'..) when I compared the burqa to the voluminous garb religious used to wear. That post said nothing about people not being allowed to post. Subsequently I did say that it was filled with hostility towards someone who may have felt terribly uncomfortable. We will never know whether she was legal or not.
I am not angry,

please don't think I am. It is important to point out what actually happened with that thread. Perhaps KKKKaty thought I was being sarcastic, I do not know, but when I read her posts I was initially very gobsmacked then very sad.
The illegal immigrants breaking the law and bringing with them much negativity is an issue which you are welcome to comment on as well.
I maintain that I had the right to say what I said in an attempt to lighten.
I am so pleased that you guys had a wonderful lunch and I have posted in that thread.
Methinks its time to say goodbye, just as another poster has done.
I wish you all a Happy New Year. I take my leave and shall learn to write in such a way as to be understood.
