i have been in my current job 12 years now. i have to reapply for it! i hate this. i worked hard for how it is now! i never turned my phone off i have been abused for service which i tried my hardest to rectify! do i go backwards now and stay with the company, or move on! my heart tells me move on but i love where i am. i know everybody i have to deal with and i am shite with interviews
the last one i got through.. same company different boss this one i want more but even though i know i worked 110% harder i know its not enough and in 6 weeks i will be uninployed!!
I want my job its shit pay but its mine!! how do i keep it?
