As a security/privacy precaution, you are now unable to view both the memberlist and user profile pages unless you are a registered member and currently logged in.
This should hopefully:
a) help prevent your details being abused by casual onlookers (though you still have the option to hide your email from registered members also),
b) prevent people registering just to insert a weblink into the memberlist for site rankings (googlebot et al will no longer pick them up),
c) annoy someone (there's always someone!
)
