I am glad you put cup measurements in MissJilly, you see, I don't know what amount a stick of butter is.LOL

It does seem a lot of sugar though, I'd cut that back somewhat, or even substitute some Speanda instead.

I prefer cream cheese icing;

Some cream cheese mixed well, not too much though & not Lite, some icing sugar mixed in & a little lemon juice without making the mixture too runny. Measurements a guideline only, but it should be fairly stiff, so add icing sugar to thicken it up.
