Sandy K..... that TEMAZEPAM.....15 mg capsule, my Dr gave me to help me sleep at nites. If you take it for a long peroid of time it won't have any effect on you. Mine is a little orange capsule.....I take one at nite before bed if I need it.... Zanax, I've never heard of before and that Tamazapam I don't think is like Valium either. As I said my Dr gave it to me for a sleeping aid.

My hubby was like you and againest flying also but now he is getting use to it and not so bad. Course he won't admit it. I've Loved flying from my first time. To be able to almost touch the fluffy clouds and see all the formations. There beautiful..... Just set your mind to this and think about this long awaited trip you and your hubby have been waiting for and deserve.....How much fun your going to have when you do get to where your going..... Take lots of pictures as I love the pictures....... Have a most plesant trip and keep smiling......
