After a number of emails they finally rang and I have ordered it. While I get the basics, I wanted specific details. It's appears to be about naturally getting the metabolic rate back up by eating 6 times a day as a minimum and using protein at particular times of the day. They say on the website that there is a 3 day start to get over cravings. One appears to eat more, do 10,000 steps a day and only a small amount of vigorous exercise. The "eat less, do more"thing does not work if you are insulin resistant or your metabolic rate is down, the sugars are converted straight to fat and not to energy so you actually can't get moving. Last years "biggest Loser"is an advocate of this program. I think the website is
