Well, . I went for a brisk half hour walk today, have been putting it off but will go every day now. What I want to know is - does it really help with weight loss? I have lost 8 kg in 8 weeks without any exersize, but I know I need to walk as well To my surprise, I enjoyed it, no red face or sweating, no puffing. Cooler weather makes it much more enjoyable. Would love to hear from anyone on this subject.. does it really help with weight loss? Thanks...
