Looks like there's a bit of thread drift going on here, so I'll put my 2/- worth in too. Judi Dench and Maggie Smith were brilliant (as always) in "Ladies in Lavendar." "Mrs Henderson Presents" is the next movie on my "Must see" list, but while waiting for that to hit the provinces, I dragged my beloved off to "Kinky Boots" and can thoroughly recommend that little treasure too.
If you're tired of movie watching and would prefer a good book, check out Gisbornite Elenor Gill's "In the Shadow of Trees" - it's superb.
