What a wonderful food cheese is? I could eat a wedge of ripe Brie or Camambert or a slice of blue vein any day in preference to sweet puddings and cakes. Old fashioned toasted cheese with a slice or two of tomato is the best lunch ever. Grated cheese added to mashed potatoes. A cheese omelette. Old fashioned cheese rolls - remember those? Cheese mixed with Maggi onion soup spread on bread and rolled, then toasted. There was something added for moistness but I can't remember what. Was is reduced cream?
