Apart from Orange Roughey and Atlantic( or other) fresh Salmon I do not like fish ( odd for a Piscean eh?) to eat!

KKKaty I am shocked at the fish prices you post . How can the family and everyday person afford to buy it iIwonder ? We are told we should eat it three times a week, fresh I assume.. I hate tinned fish, dry flaky stuff. I eat Salmon about twice a month!!

Our average shopping Mall prices here are, except for a few, under $30 per kilo. Even Salmon cutlets can be had at times for $19.99 to $23 per K. max!! I think cheaper at the fish markets. Do you ever get a chance to go to yours perhaps? I think one gets better value and also fresher quality the catch of the day too.
