A CT Scan is usually over within minutes,..so really no cause for claustrophobia there Roseyone.
I imagine it will be a whole body ...just to rule out any *nasties* as he said.
Modern technology is wonderful, & straight after the scan, you'll be so thankful for it.
A CT scan machine is like donut, open at both ends.
Control your breathing evenly, & you'll be O.K.
However, an MRI mcahine is like a very small submarine.
I once was enclosed in one for 45 minutes, & it took some doing on my part to fight claustrophobia!!!!
