I find that most of the misunderstandings on this site can almost wholly be blamed on the fact that people simply DO NOT read carefully before putting their own spin on. Just as people do not really LISTEN to others. I read Missyo's post and can understand her predicament. Sometimes, no matter how active a person is, how hard they work and how well they eat, that weight simply will not budge. Obviously the doctor has prescribed this drug to try and give her weight loss a kick start and I hope it works for you, Missyo. You are an intelligent person who will realise that it is only a crutch and a way of getting your body into a weight loss mode. Nothing you have said has suggested to me that you intend to use Reductil as a substitute for exercise and sensible eating. It seems to me, having a dairy farming daughter with a large family as well, that you can't really push your body along these lines any further and definately, with such a busy lifestyle you need enough calories in order to function.
