I just thought I'd put that out there. I just hate them. I am willing to do just about anything to avoid them. It has nothing to do with cleanliness really. I mean, 99% of all the restrooms I have been in are clean. Not like at home of course, but they're fine for the most part. I spend a lot of time in my car, and running around. I eat lunch out more often than not. Thusly, I usually find myself looking for a "ladies room". I know where all the best ones are in town and make a "beeline" for them if I can. I'm getting to a point where I almost refuse to go out until I feel...."I am in the 'all clear'....if you know what I mean.
What I need is a mobile home instead of a car, now that would be perfect.

How about a Portaloo on a trailer??? (Just kidding, Jillie.) Not too keen on public loos myself.

I find it so weird that i can go all day without using the loo, yet only a few hours at a time during the night!

Were we to go into the number system, as in #1 and #2...ahem. Tis not the #1 that has me thinking about purchasing a motor home. If you get my drift.

Perchance a touch of IBS? try cutting down on gluten and taking some enzymes, that may help a little.

Tell you what Jillie, I also hate public toilets, that's until I am busting to go after taking my fluid pill - then just about any public loo will do!!!!
I cannot bear to touch flush buttons or taps or doors after others so usually have hand sanitiser in my bag and car. Often I will wait until someone opens the public loo door so I can duck through without having to touch it - weird or what??

I have cleaned all sorts of messes with bare hands in my life.
From kids to drunks & animals.
But I hate touching Supermarket trolley handles, Loo doors & flush buttons.

I carry a small bottle of hand sanitizer for these things, but would never think of using it after calving a cow.

Delta could very well be on to something there Jillie. It would be worth you cutting out bread for instance - unless it is a gluten free one.
Only yesterday an elderly person I know was telling me how after getting nowhere with his healthproblems by going to a normal Dr. He went to a naturapath who told him to go gluten free . Apparently it has made a huge difference . No longer having the uncomfortable and often embarrassing episodes of Iritable Bowel Syndrome. I think we may have had a slight intolerance for some foods all along, but when we got older it begins to show up more. I know of a few that I have to be a bit wary of myself.
