Delta, I also ignore the games completely. I do, however, read some Pages - although I find the that most people don't go to any lengths to make it interesting. That's why I put the history of Perfume on mine - to try and make it interesting (not sure if the young ones read anymore though!)
Tonight I posted Perfume and Poems on my personal homepage - beautiful photos by our company to which I added extracts from my favourite poems - I might put that on the Page and see whether people will read it.

I suppose one must try, try and try again and see what works. Ultimately I think I'm still a firm believer in one on one. I try to teach new distributors to go the extra mile for the customer, to give extraordinary service and to be knowledgeable about our produts, alas, only a few take the training on board.
