Obama announced that he's sending all the troops home. We are finally pulling out of this "war" .
I think it's interesting that under his presidency, Hussein is dead, Khadaffi is dead, and now we're pulling out our troops and according to him, they'll all be home for Christmas. The economy is still in the tank, but I can't help but think once the boatloads of money spent on "the war" stops, the more money there will be spent here in the U.S.
I'd like to be able to come back in 50 years and check on what the history books will say about what's been going on for the past ten years...beginning with the bombing of the twin towers in New York City...to ending our presence in the middle east. I have a feeling by then, all the kinks will be worked out and the truth will surface. Right now I don't think we'll get a straight answer.
