Rarely does anyone post in Health.

That seems odd to me, our health is one of the most important things to our lives and the lives of those around us.

In the developed world it is widely reported that 80% of health problems are of peoples own making. It amazes me how few people take active steps in regard to their own health, it amazes me even more (actually it appals me) how many people do so little to care for the health of their children and grandchildren.
